This policy explains how order cancellations, issue reporting, and refunds are handled for purchases made through www.innovolabs.shop within the UAE.


Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it.
  • Within this window, cancellations are automatically approved by the system and fully refunded to the original payment method.
  • After 15 minutes, orders are submitted for processing and cannot be cancelled manually.

Returns & Problem Reporting

We do not accept “change-of-mind” returns once an order is assigned for shipping. However, we will assist you in the event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • All issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery using our Report a Problem form.
  • Include clear photos or videos showing the problem. Attachments are accepted only through the form for security and traceability.
  • Late submissions (after 3 days) may not be eligible for review or compensation.

Refunds

  • Once your cancellation or issue report is approved, a refund is issued automatically to your original payment method.
  • Bank or card processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
  • If you believe a payment error occurred (such as a duplicate or unauthorized charge), please submit details via the Report a Problem form for prompt review.

Payment Methods

We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not yet available.
